In 2022-2023, nearly 1 million children in the UK were referred to CAMHS for mental health support, and 270,300 are still waiting. This mental health crisis calls for a shift in how we approach children’s wellbeing, focusing on prevention from an early age.
At Mind Wellbeing, we foster positive core beliefs in children as young as four, helping them develop lifelong emotional skills. Our whole-school programme supports students, staff, and parents through coaching, daily rituals, wellness practices, and workshops. We ensure our approach is inclusive, catering to all learning styles and with neurodiversity in focus.
Our mission is simple: equip children with tools to manage their emotions, understand themselves, and communicate openly. In just six months, we’ve empowered many schools and families, but so many more need our help.
It costs £2,750 to bring our programme to a school, impacting around 120 children. Every donation helps us reach another school and offer preventative mental health education for free.
On October 19th, we will be climbing the Yorkshire Three Peaks to raise funds along with our amazing pack of supporters.
